'Betty Boop'

It's been such an appalling day weather wise....and I haven't been able to take any photos....so I'm showing this shot of the baby Donkey with her Mummy....seen in the New Forest. I spoke with a lady who joined us, she told us that it was two days old and trying to feed, but not having any success. She was keeping an eye on it....I can't help wondering how she's doing. I named her 'Betty Boop.' She was so pretty and gentle. The mother was very placid.....and was chomping away on the prickly briar... It didn't look very appetizing!

I do hope you have all survived the gales today....my garden looks a complete mess...but the red Rose from yesterday's blip is standing strong!
