Cemetery Sun

Sore ankles today, probably from my increased running schedule but went out for a trot regardless.

My route took me out through Loughton and up towards Buckhurst Hill where I stopped momentarily to take this picture in the cemetery of Saint John The Baptist. I liked the late evening light as it broke through the trees in the grounds of the church.

Headed back down through Buckhurst Hill and then turned towards home. A quick detour via Roding Valley Nature Reserve and finally my 10K was done.

Ankles loosened up during the run but expect they'll be sore in the morning!
