Gall stones

I am not having a good run at the moment. Again I must apologise for my absence. I found myself in hospital last week due to gall stones and pancreatitis ! God it's painful! On the mend now, but will need an op to have my gall bladder out.

Low fat diet until then.

I have managed to take a few shots but just not been able to upload them. I have a bit of back dating to do!

I will also try to catch up with some of your wonderful journals xx
