Almost

Almost cornflower amongst almost wheat flour..

Actually, it's a knapweed, but still a centaurea like a cornflower, so a near relation, and the flour bags are full of spelt, which is wheat really, but just a very old-fashioned variety that hasn't been pumped up over the last 200 years with stronger and stronger glutens.  So you could say I've just been playing around,  but I can tell you it was a great relief after the last 2 days.  Now I feel I can just slide downhill to the weekend.  Hur-rah!!
