All Out

A quick (late) blip tonight as it's been a manic day, I'm completely shattered and my brain is incapable of functioning properly.
Work today (very trying) then a quick Poppy pick- up before dashing home to get changed, make a picnic and get Alfie to cricket in Saffron Walden.
The boys were expecting a thrashing as their opponents are a very strong team, but they played brilliantly, stood their ground and came away with a draw. Brilliant!!

I had to leave before the end of the match as I had a Youth Music meeting back in the village. Arrangements are nearly finalised for the next Summer Musical picnic which promises to be a great event.

Tomorrow's looking like ground hog day. Work and cricket. Deep joy!!
