Grizedale Forest

It rained. A lot. We got very, very, very wet, but decided to do the walk anyhow, as it's holiday week! Grizedale forest has a lot of walks to choose from, and we selected the longest one at 10 miles. The occurrence of the green markers we were following were really patchy, so we got quite lost more than once. It was funny the first time, but just frustrating after that. 
It was a great walk, but we were really glad to get back to the car, head to the holiday cottage and get into the lovely hot tub.
