What Happened to Spring?

We have had rain for the last several days and very cool temperatures to go with it.  When I took this photo, it was only 59F/15C.  Temperatures should be well into the 70's or lower 80's.  

At least the rain stayed away while I looked for todays blip which ended up being this Blue Jay in a Crepe Myrtle tree in my front yard.
