Despite the forecast being a bit iffy the weather was great! +1/2 and I took the day off to spend with the children as we'd been away all of last week. A slow start, out on the bikes as a family and a picnic in the park followed by a film for the wee ones.

When I was very small I lived in Japan for a little while and people used to add -chan to my name. Somewhere deep in my brain this lay dormant until we had our own children.
