I was tidying out the shed and uncovered the biggest domestic spider i've ever seen. After screaming and running out the shed I returned for a photo.

The picture doesn't do its actual size justice. It's also a bit blurry because the telephoto lens was my only option (I irrationally feared that if I got too close it would jump on my face).
