Poplar Hawk Moth
Bit of a surprise when I went out in to the garden to photograph yet more flowers for a blip! This huge moth was resting on the underside of a leaf by the pond and a bit of Googling has identified it as a Poplar Hawk Moth, the most common type of hawk moth in the UK, although I'm sure I've never seen one before!
Also spotted a rabbit munching grass on the other side of the tall gate, so my extra shot is of the moment he spotted me spotting him:-)
