Happy 17th to my lovely daughter

Where has the time gone?  I remember so clearly the day this precious bundle was born ... the drama, the wild weather outside and the feelings of inadequacy and panic within.  And yet she's survived till 17 ... it's been incredible watching her grow from a tiny 2.2kg scrap to the beautiful, confident, brave young woman she is today.  Far wiser than I was at her age.  In this time I've found strengths within I never knew existed and she quickly learned my weaknesses.  17 years and I'm still so grateful for her presence in my life.  I love you C.
