Magnolia Grandiflora

This is the inner bit of one of the flowers on our Magnolia. I wish I could blip the smell! The extra is a pic of the entire blossom, now past its prime. The tree's blossoms tend to open in series rather than all at once, so the tree will still be blooming at or past the end of the month, in all likelihood.

I'm off directly after supper tonight to see a play at *my* theater, so I'll be catching up with everyone tomorrow...
