Fleeting visit

Despite the heavy rain this morning, my big poppies have chosen today to open. They are magnificent, but with this weather I guess the first few will be even more short-lived than normal. I predict petals on the floor by tomorrow morning! Off to Bath and Bristol for a few days so may not be posting every day over the weekend.
