GPs and practice staff attending learning event

Our GPs, practices managers, practice nurses and healthcare assistants attend regular 'formal learning events'. This week they met to discuss End of Life Management for Long Term conditions. Speakers from LOROS and UHL presented on topics such as Advanced Care Plans and end of life care.
