Camouflaged Charm

I bought this tiny plant several weeks ago and didn't expect it to have blossoms, but it does, very tiny ones. Unfortunately, I can't find anywhere what its name is. Don't you anyone happen to know? It is very fragile, having funnel-like hairy leaves of silvery green colour.
