Bee-utiful!!

A grey start to the day, but the clouds soon lifted and it turned into another glorious morning!

As I’ve spent a large part of the day avidly watching the Springwatch webcam, waiting for the ten baby Blue Tits to finally fledge, I thought I ought to try and find a Springwatch blip of my own. This bee joined me in enjoying the bee-utiful scent of the Ceanothus which is filling the garden with its fragrance…

As for the Blue Tits, well as of 6.20pm, they’re still keeping me on the edge of my seat, and despite taking tentative peaks at the outside world, are still tucked up warm and snug in their nest box!
