No brainer for the Friday challenge on Flickr today. 

This was good as today has been a bad one.

Lots of dizzies and things but I had a doctor's appointment this afternoon so he gave me a good going over and he agreed I was indeed off balance but the thunderstorm was most probably the trigger. Especially as I was looking forward to telling him about the progress in reduction of pins and needles and other nerve pain. 

Lots of rest this weekend so your journals may get some visits at last!
