Sunny day

Went on the full canal walk with Chris, Julie, and the 3 dogs. It's the first long walk since spraining my ankle at Easter. Am delighted to say I didn't limp or hobble and my ankle felt fine in the end. We did have a nice cold drink and a sit down to rest at the locks. All the wobble board exercises and pilates have paid off plus heat and ice. The fields look lovely and the buttercups and red campion very colourful.
