Hot Hot Hot !!!

28 degrees at lunchtime for our run, maybe  a little too hot. We took a little diversion to find a water fountain, but that added another km to the distance. Back to the office just in time for a meeting. so no time to eat. Was feeling a bit out of it afterwards, 

Home to find Mme SwRo waiting for me at the station  :-)

The Cure 
Was ready to cook a tasty pasta dish, but Lizzie refused having eaten nothing else all week,
