Blessed blu tack

Our very precious rust-bucket of an 8-seater car had an immobiliser fitted by the garage we bought it from.

The immobiliser came with 2 keys. One was lost by someone who borrowed our car. The other has slowly disintegrated over the 8 years - this morning it finally and properly crumbled.

I managed the school run and getting to work without turning the engine off.

At work, blu tack came to my rescue. I have managed to stop and start the car 7 times since.

I don't really think it's a long term solution though.
