Sago Palm- Again

On 24 May I posted a shot of a Sago Palm pollination cone in my garden.
This is a close up of the cone as it it is now opening- the pollin can actually be seen.
Even in a close up, it reminds me of a pine cone.

It was actually stormy here today.
The thunder actually shook the windows and the rain came down in sheets.
It was great. :)
