It's always about the water

On this Tuesday-lunch-day, gloriously sunny and quite hot, I had the water feature pebbles artfully rearranged by professional pebble stackers - six and three years old. During the project I was visited in the kitchen numerous times and shown "the favorite pebble" of the moment. A water-squirter caterpillar, attached to the hose, turned out to be a bit too wild and unpredictable so we fell back on the reliable old back-and-forth sprinkler. The diapered one realized he would not be able to execute the Olympic jumps with his pork chop legs and heavy rear ballust so instead he just watched his long-legged sister wow the crowd.

It is illegal in 25 states to have this much fun on a weekday.
