Left achtibultie in the pouring rain, and it rained for most of the way back. Stopped en route to look at the falls of Corrieshallach near Ullapool. Got wet and had to be brave and go across wobbly bridge but it was worth it. Also called in at a craft shop and bought a beautiful sycamore bowl, and later in the day called into Aberfeldy. Got back to Edinburgh in good time for dinner at Field.....lovely food for all three courses but my beetroot smoked salmon was the most photogenic .
