..at the local deli, home of the King Wally Burger a TOWER of goodies stacked in a bun (no doubt including beetroot slices and quite possibly a pineapple ring, quintessential Aussie flavours).

In their teenage years, my lads worked at the local Water Park starting off as 'bin boys'  then graduating to to the yellow and red shirts of Life Guards.
Saturday evenings often included a King Wally Burger...how they ate it is still a mystery...and even now a trip back to Perth sometimes includes a trip down burger memory lane!
