......infused oil experiment No 1.....so this is the 'cold-infused' version that apparently takes a couple of weeks, but I'll be trying the 'hot-infused' version too (which is immediate) later......no definite plans for what I'm going to use it for other than mayonnaise and salad dressings of course......

And yes, that's a cat hair on the jar......luckily it's on the outside....this time;-)
