Belated Birthday Cake..............!

Yes .....VERY.......for S's birthday....as it was in April."..
But she's at home this weekend .....so I thought I'd better make a cake!....!
So I decided to make a Madeira Cake....but turned it into two strawberry flans....one we are yesterday and this one will be desert this evening.....
Lovely strawberries they are too.......just coming into season here now.....so we will lots over the coming weeks!!
