Yes - but is it art?

The boiler gave up the ghost a couple of weeks ago. It's been ailing a while; showers had become something of a Russian roulette experience with more chambers of the revolver being filled as the weeks went by.

Our saint of a plumber (we have one; no I'm not telling you who it is - we have to share him enough already) who has nursed the boiler back from the brink of previous, seemingly terminal conditions  gave us a gentle shake of the head a week or so back. The new boiler is due early next week.

I am somewhat ripe of odour. The cold snap has been a boon if truth be told.
