Chive flowers

Who knew those purple flowers I've been admiring in the garden for the past couple of weeks would be edible?

There was only going to be three of us at our last student group of the year this evening, so we watched Prince Caspian at my house instead, ate popcorn, and drank Pepsi. Amanda and I narrated rather too much of the film pointing out plot holes, things that aren't explained properly, and (in Amanda's case) telling us how the audience at the UK premiere had reacted!
