My 4th sourdough attempt went for its long prove

.. 3 hours in and it was climbing out of basket. I stayed up till midnight to bake and cook it.

I'm so pleased I persevered with it, I'm as proud of this as I am of giving birth to my babies. Thankfully I was able to toast n butter my sour dough baby... Absolutely delicious
