Max

This is Max. Its not a brilliant photo, as I was crouched down in the small greenhouse, but at some point, (perhaps when nicer weather and they can go on the lawn!) I want to get a close up shot similar to this with his tongue sticking out.
The upside of taking photos of tortoises is that they move very slow, and so have their mouths open like this for about 10 seconds before they chomp down on some food!
