As soon as I discovered Blip Mate.
Martin Dawe was spending 3 weeks in Denver.
I knew we had to meet.
Here, at our cabin in the Rockies

A place I dearly love.
One I wanted to share with Martin and his wife Ann.
No way they could leave Colorado,
Without a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park.
They agreed to an overnight stay at our cabin.

You know how it is when you meet a couple and,
Instantly there’s a connection.
A haven’t we known-each-other-for-years feel.
That’s they way it was with the four of us. 

Elk, Moose, Deer
Along with flying Pelicans and Osprey,
Came out to meet them.

We easily talked photography,travel, 
Life in England and the U.S. 
Such a fun time, and feel they’re good friends.
