An Autumn Past

In 2012 I was walking with my daughter and 3 year old grandson, Eli, in a Melbourne park.  It was Autumn and the sheer delight of this little boy, arms raised, running through the falling Autumn leaves as they carpeted the ground made one wish to be a child again.  Eli paused, picked up a leaf and ceremoniously walked up to me and said. "This is for you Gran, with all my 'Up Skies Down Again' love!" I do remember crying. So this leaf has not become mulch. It is one of my most precious gifts.
