Sonoma

Had a lovely day out to Sonoma today with a friend. Caught the ferry from SF to Sausilito...then drove to a Mexican restaurant for lunch.

After a lot of yummy food we went to see an eccentric house. Filled with over 2000 pieces and on a property of over 250 acres. Once owned by the Di Rosseau family- the couple dedicated their life to collecting works by Northern Californian Artists.

Lots of crazy peacocks too. Quite a place. Not sure I would want to live there...there was even an underground church...and an angel suspended swinging around constantly. Not to mention the crazy car. Check out the extra photos. They were clearly BONKERS.
