Ophthalmology conference today which has overtaken my every waking and insomniac moment this week. Two speakers drove me nuts but with careful shepherding finally pulled it out the bag on the day. Phew! GPs all happy, consultants delighted, staff happy, hospital happy, boss happy. Evil rival colleague had a face like she was chewing a wasp..... Muhhhahahah
Nipped down to Kelso to collect the kids from my mums. Tried to blip this field of gold for last few weeks to no avail so last chance to catch it before it fades. Somehow always reminds me of the cornfields in Gladiator.
Nice wee late night out with an old friend.
