Junior Masterchef

Had the family for a barbecue lunch. Max helped Pop with the barbecue, he had great success turning the sausages and the onions. I think he is hooked. We had fresh bread rolls from the French/ Vietnamese bread shop and salad, followed by Drumstick ice creams. Easy and delicious.

We were lucky to have a warm day and sat out in the sun. Earlier I went out to dig the garden to plant some garlic, it was way too cold until the mist cleared. I did get the job done by mid morning.. the soil was nice to dig after growing a potato crop in summer. I am not sure if that is the right crop rotation but the other beds were too shady.

We have had a readathon/ sleepathon lazy afternoon.
