Pond dipping

Today we went to Open Farm Sunday at Trill Farm owned by the woman who set up Neal's Yard. Another stunner of a day with walks and talks scheduled.

Ben loved pond dipping and i enjoyed learning about bees; one day in the future I think I may keep bees.......probably on that large country estate I'll own, amongst a meadow with a fabulous farm house on it where I'll probably make fine soaps and maybe pickles and cordials in one of the sheds I've renovated!
