View of the Arun

So: Marc and I back on our bikes for a 20 mile round to trip to Steyning and back. It was good, I made it up the hills despite 2 weeks of no exercise and the last vestiges of the Cold That Will Not End, but I am absolutely bloody knackered now!

It was a glorious day.
