Fly-tipping

A single divan complete with mattress, about a mile from the council tip which is free. I'm not going to postulate reasons that someone might do this and, in the whole scheme of things, it is a minor offence - bear in mind that I have spent a good deal of time in the past with people who have committed the very worst offences. But it's still a pain and cost for someone.
