The Wicker Man

The Wicker Man is a 1973 Mystery Horror film that has achieved cult status. The film was shot almost entirely in the small Scottish towns of Gatehouse of Fleet, Newton Stewart and Kirkcudbright.
The Wicker Man Festival is an annual pop type festival that takes place on farmland near Dundrennan, just outside Kirkcudbright in July.
