Run More(cambe)

Here I am again, folks. 

Today was the Morecambe 10k.  I finished in 1.01.36.  That sub 60 minute 10 is getting closer.

As always I am trying to raise money for my local animal rescue, who are moving their premises.

Please, please, I know noone has any money, but £1 can make a lot of difference to a defenceless animal.
