Ocean Breeze

We abandoned traditional Sunday lunch today for something easy to get ready.
Our family visitors implored on us to keep it simple - why not a pie, they suggested.
Shepherds pie or cottage pie meant starting with a joint and we were trying to avoid that - so fish pie became the obvious, and dare I say, favourite choice.
We've had it a few times lately so are getting the hang of putting it together. And the beauty, of course is that you can prepare it all before. So when our family visitors arrived it was simply a matter of switching on the oven, and in 25 minutes we're all ready.
As ever, the difficult decision is deciding whether we have sufficient variety of fish to fill it and ourselves.
But, more than enough! And guess who'll be having the leftovers tomorrow . . . And Tuesday! Thankfully, I love fish.
