Fresh, buttery croissants
Saturday means Farmers' Market day. Like last week, we found ourselves at the one in Newmarket where, once again, I bought a crusty loaf of sun-dried tomato and dill bread. So good. The croissants looked good, too. Perhaps next time. We might have to go earlier. There was a lineup this time. We were fifth and as many more fell in behind us.
