happy birthday to me

birthdays are always a little weird when spent away from 'home' and everything normal i find. nevertheless, my wonderful family and friends had sent me a pile of exciting post which i thoroughly enjoyed opening. my day was spent trying to get over my rather large and obnoxious hangover - always the sign of a good celebration though surely? highlights of my day include the two gorgeous happy birthday videos i received - one from my nieces and nephew and the other from my surrogate niece and nephew. beautiful!
