What's under there? ... SURPRISE!!! Bitey Face!

Loki loves it when Corra is wiggling around under a blanket. He gets really silly and barks and smacks at the lump that is Corra. I don't know if he really doesn't know that it's Corra or if he just likes the fact that she can't really bite him. Either way, it makes him super happy. And when Corra finally worms her way out, Loki is ready to play bitey face with her. Too cute :3

Took a half-day today as Mr. Badger took a full day and was trying to figure out some mortgage stuff. Basically, sometime last month we started looking into a government run refinance program, but you need to apply for it through your mortgage servicer. Mr. Badger called the government program to check that we'd be eligible and they said yes. He then called our servicer and they said no - and they had no reason for that answer, just basically "Err, that's what the program told me." -_- Frustrating, since if we knew what the hang up was, we could look into it again at a later date when/if the program changes again. Oddly enough(or perhaps it isn't at all), our servicer just sent us a letter earlier this week notifying us that they had sold us to another servicer (we've been with the first servicer for the majority of our loan ...). This new servicer looks super sketchy and we're not happy about it at all, but we have no say in the matter. Our mortgage is underwater (which is why we wanted to look into refinancing in the first place), so it isn't as if we can just walk into any bank and get them to refinance. sigh. We both feel really stuck, but at least we know we can handle our current mortgage - we're just spinning our wheels. I'm sure there are millions of people like us, and at least we still have our place.

Corra and I had our class again tonight. I took her to the park for about 2 hours beforehand and she had a ball. We made it to class and she was lovely for the whole class :3 Made me so proud. We'll have to keep up the pre-class romp session so she can really concentrate. Once we got home she was falling asleep while she was eating! Success in my book.
