Pedalhounds

Sunny morning ride at Cwmcarn with Phil. The weather was gorgeous if a little too warm for me at times. Twrch trail still closed for logging so an easier pedal up the roads.

Pedalhounds is the downhill trail on the west side (Cafall) got a few good PR's today, but my bike did take a bashing.

Chilled out at home for an hour or two and watched the UCI downhill at fort William. The women's race was nail biting and Manon carpenter was really unlucky to miss out on the win.

What better way to finish off the day than popping round to the G's for a BBQ. Very nice it was too!

Slightly sunburnt, pretty tired but very chilled!
