"The red light prohibits movement and bicycles are no exception!" This rhymes in Russian: Krasnii svet zapreshaet dvijenia i velosopedi ne icklyuchenia. This comes a few weeks after a bill was discussed in the Duma about the banning of bicycles from town centres (it didn't pass) and a few days since my flatmate was knocked off his bike by a car. Cycle at your peril!
