Tonight I took photos at the Bionics Institute's annual Public Lecture. I've been the go-to photographer at work for a few years now, which suits me (it means I don't have to do the small talk!).

This was the front row of a busy lecture toom telling us  that Australian innovation is in crisis, and we need more money to create a viable alternative to the dwindling mining  incomes. It felt like preaching to the choir, but it was very well delivered by the guest lecturer.
