Three really busy days meant that I could stay home today and do some work in the quiet of the cottage. Caught up with some chores too which will make the weekend feel a little less rushed. Rowan and Murron have been putting the finishing touches to their Halloween costumes. They had a mock dress up for Rainbows and Guides last night - Murron as a black cat and Rowan as a corpse bride. Murron came home with some sweets in the shape of a ring, a heart, a bottle and a teddy bear. She laid them out on the table and announced that according to her sweets I would get married, fall in love, have a cup of tea and then have a baby!

Thanks for all your lovely supportive words over the last week - things are pretty much back to normal and the what if has been put firmly to the back of our minds.
