Clear out

Finally got fed up with our cutlery drawer so had a clear out. As well as half a bag of broken old kitchen tat there was a fair few syringes for administering meds to the EF'ers. Saved six and chucked the rest. Looked like a toddler syringe exchange!

Trying. New routine with E to try and get her sleeping later. In the mornings by dropping her morning nap. She slept for 2.5 hours in the afternoon! Fingers crossed.
