The Color of the Sky

This is an exhibit in the 9-11 Memorial museum in NYC. It's composed of 2,983 separate watercolors and is an attempt by the artist to try and remember the color of the sky that morning. I remember it as a beautiful deep clear blue.
The museum and grounds are spectacular.
Such sadness and anger...still.
